Disaster Relief Fund - 2005
by misskitty4280Our highly trained Disaster Animal Response Teams rescued thousands of animals in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. In addition to ensuring that these animals were safely sheltered, we've worked to reunite as many pets with their owners as possible in partnership with a broad array of national and local animal protection groups. We're also committed to helping rebuild the animal protection capacity of the region.
