Il ne leur fut servi ni eau, ni nourriture et rapidement les toilettes débordèrent. Et ce, malgré une loi d'état - Passenger Bill of Rights law - qui oblige les compagnies à fournir eau, nourriture, toilettes propres et air frais aux passagers dans cette situation.
