The "Virtual Machine Manager" application (virt-manager for short package name) is a desktop user interface for managing virtual machines. By saving your current production image before updating to your new production image, you have a highly reliable contingency mechanism. XenMan is an intuitive, graphical management tool aimed at operational lifecycle management for the Xen virtualization platform. XenMan is built on the firm design philosophy that ease-of-use and sophistication can, and should, co-exist in a single management tool. So, XenMan should hopefully prove valuable to both seasoned Xen Administrators as well as those just seeking an introduction to Xen Virtualization.

Today XenSource adds to its commercial offering two new solutions: XenServer and XenExpress. Both are based on the Xen open source hypervisor, and both features the management tools already powering the XenEnteprise solution.
