Fujitsu will launch their new Stylistic Q550 slate tablet PC at Germany’s CeBIT show this year, running the first week of March.

Hewlett-Packard will release the HP Slate 500 8.9-inch touchscreen Tablet PC with Windows 7 OS.

Fujitsu has released the LifeBook T730 12.1-inch Tablet PC. The tablet PC features the Intel Core i5-520M, i5-540M or i7-620M CPU, Intel HD integrated graphics, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 500GB of HDD or a 128 or 256GB SSD, and a modular DVD burner which can be replaced with a secondary battery, HDD, or weight saver.

Hewlett-Packard is going to release the HP Slate, a 8.9-inch tablet device with Intel’s Atom CPU and Windows 7 Home operating system with a custom user interface.
