由於我一直喜歡住在馬鞍山的邊疆地帶，又不想追逐樓市，更不欲助長勢利的地產主義，所以我沒有用全副身家買旁邊的新樓盤「銀湖天峰」，而在我本身住的居屋屋苑去找一個大一點的的向海單位，結果花了一個星期看了三個單位便落實買了同一座高兩層約七百呎的單位，望着同一個被叫作銀湖的八仙嶺海景，銀湖天峰要三百五十萬，我的「銀湖蝸居」連補地價也不用二百，呎價二千七百八，已經充份反映了暢旺的樓市，真是何不買居屋？
