告別"免費午餐" 網路轉載將如何付費？[圖]

國務院新聞辦公室近日在北京舉行新聞發佈會，國家版權局副局長閻曉宏介紹了近期我國查處網路侵權盜版行動等方面的情況，並指出，現在很多網站都依靠大量轉載傳統的報紙和雜誌刊物的新聞報道來吸引人們上網，但是在很多情況下都沒有得到允許，並且沒有支付費用。國務院將出臺《資訊網路傳播權條例》來解決網路侵權盜版問題。
