抗議PChome垃圾信連署第三天報告 - 傅瑞德

我先前說過，我不反對商家發廣告信，但是必須適量、精準、尊重收信人的意願，而不是收集名單來就發，塞爆了再說。如果PChome沒有正視上述這些問題，而只想用改進退訂機制來解決問題，只是治標不治本的做法。
