If you love Vanilla, this drink is great. To me it tastes like melted vanilla ice-cream. If you can get through the first few weeks of replacing meals with Slim-Fast its worth it. I lost 30 pounds within a period of 6 months and I have kept the weight off for a year so far. Like they say...there is no free lunch.
