So many postings today are so generic that you can’t tell if they’re for an administrative assistant, a high-level manager, a copywriter, or some sort of imaginary worker that’s willing to do everything in an office for relatively no money at all. When you think about the fact that most recruiting tools rely on keywords and search, its no wonder that the wrong people are applying.

With frustrated parties on all sides. people aren’t finding the work they need, employers aren’t finding the employees they need, and recruiters are getting it from both ends. Yep, this trend of hate is beating everyone down, but recruiters might have the most to lose.
