Exploring the Job Candidate Bill of Rights Part 2
If a recruiter cannot find a way to get a good match between his positions and quality candidates that are available and interested, then he’ll just post a generalized position and try to generate a pile, stack, or tsunami of resumes that he can stack on some poor hiring authority’s desk.

Comin' Down off the Mountain of Resumes
So many postings today are so generic that you can’t tell if they’re for an administrative assistant, a high-level manager, a copywriter, or some sort of imaginary worker that’s willing to do everything in an office for relatively no money at all. When you think about the fact that most recruiting tools rely on keywords and search, its no wonder that the wrong people are applying.
