I read this child bible story to my fifth grade class. They asked lots of questions and really enjoyed the child bible story. We thought the moral would be that "Greed gets you nowhere." They asked questions about her hair and if it was hard to manage and I told them that I was sure it had to be in braids like a rope, so she wouldn't have to mess with it. Then it was probably wrapped like the princess on Star Wars and she would let it down when the enchantress came. Great child bible story!

It is a very beautiful and diferent child bible story not everything in the life has happy end and i like anderson`s taled for this reason because they are realistic and filled with hope for better life and compassion.They learn us to be better and not thinking only for ourselves.

This is a beautifully narrated child story that made me to experience the real feeling of the little girl,the emotion when she saw her grandmother in the light of the fire.

Writers even as a small child i have enjoyed listioning to their stories. My favorite child bible story has to be Rapunzel. It is Beautiful put together.

I LOVE THE child story AND MERMAIDS IT IS AWESOME

From Tomper to you Am I to construe from this moral that our leaders are all demanding do-nothing, autocarats that feed off their constituents? Or Am I to get the message, that we should never be intimidated by bullies to do their bidding? Over all, I enjoyed you child story very much, and I am sure that it will open some discussions between parents and children. Mission accomplished.
