Primeiras impressões do Ubuntu 10.04 Artigos Seja você fã ou não do Ubuntu, o fato é que essa criação da Canonical no momento é a distribuição Linux para desktops mais popular do planeta. A versão mais recente, a 10.04, é uma versão de suporte a longo prazo (ou LTS), ou seja, ela vai receber atualizações até 2013 (a edição para servidores ainda conta com mais dois anos). Várias mudanças foram feitas no Ubuntu 10.04 "Lucid Lynx", e eu estava curioso para ver o que a equipe do Ubuntu havia preparado. Antes de experimentar a nova versão, tive a oportunidade de conversar com Gerry Carr, chefe de marketing de plataforma da Canonical.
